Sisters Council Race

There is more interest this year than there has been in years in the Sisters City Council race. Two political action committees have been formed. The “Citizens for Sisters” Political Action Committee (PAC) is endorsing incumbent Lon Kellstrom, challengers Pat Thompson and Jerry Bogart. A second PAC favors incumbent Mayor Brad Boyd and Wendy Holzman. A candidates forum is scheduled for Monday, 7:30 to 9 PM, at the Five Pine Conference Center.
