  • Another Police Chase

    There was another police chase Wednesday night. Around 11 p-m police attempt to stop 23-year old Jordan Matthew Dixon of Bend of driving under the influence. He was driving the wrong way on Bond Street. In an attempt to stop, Dixon continued through various streets on Bend's west side, before entering Greenwood where he drove east past 27th street on onto Highway 20. Police then terminated the chase. Police identified Dixon’s address as later found the truck abandoned near the home. After a foot search, found Dixon hiding in sagebrush. He was taken into custody and is lodged in the Deschutes County Jail.
