CENTRAL OREGON WRITERS GUILD HOSTS ANNUAL FALL LITERARY HARVEST

Fall Literary Harvest 2008 will be held October 17, 2008 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm in the Whitewater Room of the Comfort Suites at 2243 SW Yew Avenue, Redmond,OR.
Ten local writers will read their poetry, essays, short fiction and nonfiction to the audience. Local writer, Gary Lewis, will emcee the event. He is an outdoor writer, speaker, and photographer with numerous magazine articles and eight books to his credit. Four of his books have won NOWA’s excellence in craft award.
FLH contest winners were selected by an editorial board consisting of: Bob Shaw of KTVZ TV, Tina Davis Camalli Books, Kristi Miller, Good Morning Central Oregon.
The first Fall Literary Harvest reading started in 2004, to provide local readers a forum for sharing the fruit of their labor.
Admission to the event is $5 per person at the door and includes light refreshments during intermission.
