GROWING UP STOOGE : SON OF LEGENDARY STOOGE MOE HOWARD TO SPEAK AT TOWER THEATRE ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 20
Bend, OR – On Monday, October 20, 2008, join Paul Howard, son of legendary Stooge Moe Howard as he presents his personal stories of “Growing Up Stooge,” at the Tower Theatre downtown Bend. This special event, put on by the Rotary Club of Bend, begins at 7 p.m.
“We are extremely excited to have Mr. Howard as a guest presenter,” said Angie Jacobson, president of the Rotary Club of Bend. “I can’t even begin to imagine how fascinating it must have been to grow up in that iconic family. Can you imagine having the Three Stooges together at your dinner table? Our goal for the event is to have a fun, informative evening. We made tickets affordable, so that Stooge fans and families can attend.”
Proceeds from the event (aka Nyuck Bucks) will benefit the Rotary Club of Bend Foundation, which supports local non profit agencies. General admission ticket prices are $12.50. Tickets can be purchased at the Tower Theatre box office or online at www.towertheatre.org.
